Abstract

|
Midwife in medical law is one among health care provider. On the one hand midwife alone open the midwifery service center, but on the other, she can be employed in the obstetrics and gynecology hospital. The judgement of the supreme court in this study is situation of the other. This legal status of midwife split the sphere of business, medical malpractice, and legal responsibility on the basis of principles of specialization in team approach of the modern medical care. This study deals with these issues and analyses the judgement of the supreme court.
